Le 3 juin après-midi sera consacré à un point d'avancement du projet SPS (réservé à la communauté SPS, à notre Conseil Scientifique International et aux représentants de nos tutelles et de l'ANR).

Le 4 juin sera une journée scientifique ouverte à tous.

> Nous conseillons fortement aux participants de venir en transports en commun.

> Néanmoins, des places de parking pourront être accessibles aux participants qui le souhaitent.
- Nous sommes tenus de lister les personnes qui souhaiteraient avoir accès au parking. Aucune personne extérieure n’aura accès au parking sans l’avoir indiqué au préalable.
- L’accès au parking se fera via l’entrée bâtiment F, après vérification de l’identité et contrôle visuel du coffre et de l’habitacle du véhicule. En cas de refus d’obtempérer, la personne ne sera pas autorisée à entrer dans le parking.
- Attention le nombre de places de parking est limité pour les évènements. En fonction du nombre de places demandé, la Direction du Campus Agro pourra en refuser l'accès.

> L’ensemble des participants devront passer à l’accueil du Forum bâtiment A (y compris les personnes ayant accès au parking) et seront soumis à un contrôle visuel de leurs sacs. En cas de refus d’obtempérer, la personne ne sera pas autorisée à entrer dans le campus. Chaque participant∙e se verra remettre un badge visiteur après avoir déposé une pièce d’identité et signé le registre à l’accueil.
